A bunch of new trailers just came out – here’s a preview of what’s coming in for the rest of 2019 and beyond:
Number 1: Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. No one’s ever really gone… Rey’s journey continues and the Skywalker saga concludes in “Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker,” coming December 2019.
Second: Cold Brook. This is the story of two ordinary guys in a small town who embark on an extraordinary adventure. It’s a story about coming home, which is something that everyone, everywhere has an innate desire to do.
Third: Rise of Jordan Peterson. A rare, intimate glimpse into the life and mind of Jordan Peterson, the academic and best-selling author who captured the world’s attention with his criticisms of political correctness and his life-changing philosophy on discovering personal meaning. “The Rise of Jordan Peterson” intimately traces the transformative period of Peterson’s life while visiting rare moments with his family, friends and foes who share their own versions of the Jordan Peterson story.
Fourth: Girl on the Third Floor. In this slow-burn haunted house movie, Don Koch is an inadequate husband who tries to renovate a rundown mansion with a sordid history for his growing family, only to learn that the house has other plans of its own, especially when a mysterious and seductive woman appears and refuses to leave.
Fifth: Autonomy. In this brief history of the development of self-driving cars, we see an even-handed look at the pros and cons of giving up human control for something that has been a significant part of people’s lives for more than 100 years. “Autonomy” suggests that we are at a significant cultural and economic turning point.
Sixth: Arctic Dogs. Hawkeye’s Jeremy Renner gets animated as Swifty, an Arctic Fox who works in the mailroom of the Arctic Blast Delivery Service. But, he has much bigger dreams: he yearns to become a Top Dog, the Arctic’s star husky.
Seventh: Bloodshot. Vin Diesel plays Ray Garrison, a slain mobster, who is re-animated with superpowers.
